I brought this for my 1 year old niece as soon as we got it out and switched it on she was engrossed and when it came to bed time it seemed to help calm her so looks to be a hit.

After purchasing this for my Granddaughter for Christmas 2013, I have to say how fantastic this product is. My granddaughter is 11 months old with severe HIE and the severest form of spastic quadriplegic cerebal palsy, were still not sure how far her sight stretches but this toy does tend to soothe and help at bedtimes and were pretty sure she can see all the twinkling stars projected on her wall and ceiling! I ordered this for a friend's son's 1st birthday and it was delivered straight to his home so I haven't actually seen it yet, however she said it is absolutely brilliant and that he adores it. It was his and their favourite gift. She said it provides gentle visual stimulation while still be very calming and it creates a lovely ambience.
My friend's son has a rare and serious genetic condition with little strength in his neck and very limited movements (for example, he can't roll over, crawl or grasp objects) so she said the star turtle is perfect for his level of ability.
